It's a necessity for all Winemakers. The long leisurely lunch with three gourmet courses paired to delicious wines.  Set over the harvest table for a small group with Proprietor, Ed Madronich and Winemaker, Ross Wise this is your chance to learn about what life's really like in the wine biz.

First
Scallop Ceviche with coconut milk, fried shallot, and flavourful kaffir lime leaf
Paired with Flat Rock Cellars 2009 Twisted


Second
5 spice pork belly complemented by chili jam and laid with green papaya salad
Paired with Flat Rock Cellars 2007 Riesling


Third
Maple lacquered organic quail nestled on crispy gnocchi with shitaki mushrooms and drizzled truffle oil
Paired with Flat Rock Cellars 2007 Rusty Shed Chardonnay


Fourth
Soft centered hot chocolate cake paired with frozen brandy cream, and topped with decadent caramel ice-cream
Paired with Flat Rock Cellars 2007 Reserve Pinot Noir


Price: $75 per person (+ HST)
