Ring in the New Year with an unforgettable experience in the beautifully renovated Observatory, where our resident rockstar, Tate, will host a celebration of all things sparkling. This exclusive New Year’s Eve event promises to be both educational and fun as Tate guides guests through a tasting of our award-winning sparkling wines, with a special focus on “Riddled,” our exquisite traditional method sparkling. Between sips of bubbly, Tate will share insider knowledge on the art of sparkling wine production, all while keeping the atmosphere light and bubbly. Delicious snacks will complement the bubbles, making for a perfect combination of learning, laughs, and making memories as we toast to the promise of the year ahead.

Cellar Treasures: A Chardonnay Experience
Join us Saturday, January 4th & Sunday, January 5th for an unforgettable Chardonnay tasting experience, where you’ll be guided through a meticulously curated vertical tasting of Chardonnays aged to perfection in our cellars. Your knowledgeable host will lead you on a journey through time, showcasing how Mother Nature’s influence and the winemaker’s artistry come together to shape these remarkable wines. You’ll have the rare opportunity to savor some of our most treasured vintages, including selections that have been resting in our cellars for over a decade.
