A New Way to Enjoy Our Icewine

Flat Rock Cellars Sweet Revenge Icewine is delicious on its own, but next time you pour a glass, try our funky new Icewine cocktail, "Sweet Canadian Revenge."  Developed by the Flat Rock Cellars team in conjunction with the Martini Club, we're giving you a perfect excuse to pick up a bottle of Sweet Revenge Vidal Icewine and mix up this all Canadian drink.

Sweet Canadian Revenge

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add 1 oz. Sweet Revenge Vidal Icewine, 2 oz. fresh (cloudy) apple juice and 2 oz. soda water.  Garnish with a crisp red apple slice.

Also, on Canada Day the staff at Flat Rock Cellars will be serving up complimentary samples of this clever and yummy cocktail from 12pm-4pm.
