2009 Chardonnay "Ontario Wine Review"

2009 was a great year for whites. The winemaker went with an 80-20 oak to stainless regime leading to a nose of lemon pith, toffee, lime zest, pineapple and passionfruit. The palate screams freshness with its limeade note along with some baked apple.
